Received a text with interview location and date. Met with the department manager for an interview then met with the store director for a second interview. One on one questions about myself and situational based.
the overall experience was great. First we did a group exercise, then from there if selected I had a one on one interview. From here I got offered the job.
Very straightforward, asked about prior experiences with difficult situations, and how you dealt with them. The interviewer was very relaxed and acted very casual about the whole thing. I ended up getting the job right there.

Very straight forward interview to the point. Ask some genuine questions about yourself. Just be genuine because if you made it to an in persons interview you’re close to the finish line. Most don’t even get a call back.
