It was a group interview with scenarios. It was a new and kind of exciting experience . I’m used to 1:1 interviews.So I can see where it lends itself to see how people react in certain situations.

It took all of five minutes. She assumed immediately that I didn’t know how to use technology (my age?). It was the worst “interview” (if you could call it that) I ever had.

First, a group interview with small interactive activities. The activities consist of HEB and produce related games to test your readiness for working in retail.

Interview
I did the interview through HireVue where I recorded my answers to interview questions. I got 2 chances to record my answer. I got to see my first answer and press re-record if I didn't like it and record a second time. But once I'm done recording the second time I cannot watch it over and it automatically submits the second answer.
