10+ people in lobby at first interview. Pretty basic questions- do you have marketing experience? Second interview is a day of shadowing where you go door-to-door selling promotions. You pay for your own transportation. For my day of shadowing, we travelled from Hell’s Kitchen to Queens, Not an actual marketing role, more cold-calling and canvassing.
