Two stage process with initial introduction and then a task/presentation stage. The initial introduction was more around past experience and talking through the role, then the task was to demonstrate skills for the role with a set brief.

CV followed by a two stage interview process, first stage was a Zoom interview with a manager and another team member, was rejected so did not take part in the second stage of the interview process.
Overall a very negative process, took ages. Poor questions asked, Questions I asked were poorly answered. It did not seem like they knew what they wanted. Recruiter was slow to give an outcome.

Step 1 - Online video questions (answering questions on screen, no interview panel)
Step 2 - Interview with 2 people asking the competency questions
Step 3 - Complete a task in your own time
Step 4 - Present findings in the final interview with 3 people
