Quite possibly the worst process that may exist. Scheduled an initial call on their calendar, the day of and 15 minutes late, I'm told I'll be speaking with someone else. Set that calendar up for the following week. No problem, shuffle a few things around on my end to make it work, the day of that, I receive an email to confirm for that day, I acknowledge and confirm this, which is less than an hour out. Upon my shuffling, I join the meeting, wait patiently, 20 minutes late on their end, send an email to confirm, (maybe they were on a different time zone setting), hear nothing, another email 1.5 hours later, and the responses and excuses were laughable. Don't waste time going through the hoops they will create, it's truly not worth it.
