We do our best to set expectations for everyone before each interview stage by laying out what will be covered and who they will be speaking with in the job posting. This is re-iterated in an email to candidates. We will meet as a Talent Acquisition team to discuss your feedback and ensure we do not create a negative experience for any other candidates. As to the implication, we do not hire anyone over 30, if you review our team and their LinkedIn profiles, you will see we have folks at Guusto from straight out of university to mature professionals bringing in decades of experience to our team.
