First, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you had a bad experience in our interview process. We do our best to set expectations for everyone before each interview stage by laying out what will be covered and who they will be speaking with in the job posting. This is re-iterated in an email to candidates.

As to the implication, we do not hire anyone over 30, if you review our team and their LinkedIn profiles, you will see we have folks at Guusto from straight out of university to mature professionals bringing in decades of experience to our team.
