Gust Rosenfeld interview questions

Interview with two partners for a position as an associate in Phoenix. The firm reached out to me a few after I applied and we scheduled an interview for the following week. It has now been several months - and they have never contacted me, either by e-mail or snail mail, to let me know I did not get the position. Very poor manners.
