The whole interview process went on for about 2 months! I was getting ready to graduate from college and they were looking to hire a new designer. Ended up having multiple different interviews with their designers and the company creator as well as a practice exercise and it all sounded like they were going to offer the position, but ended up at the very last second to "move forward with other candidates instead." And even though I looked for some follow up feedback, I never heard anything or the reason they went in a different direction. Seemed like a great company at first but the people were standoff-ish and lacked interest in the whole interviewing process. Dragged it on WAY longer than it should have. Guess I dodged a bullet!
