I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Guidepoint (New York, NY) in Oct 2019
Interview
It began with a request for a phone screen (other students had an on-campus interview). Following the phone-screen I was immediately asked for an on-site interview. The on-site interview was about an hour and a half long and I spoke with 3 different people of varying experience, but all on the same team. I spoke with each for about 30 minutes. The interview was entirely behavioral.

Question 1
only behavioral questions and questions about your resume. very easy and straightforward
A bit intense but an overall good experience. You meet with a wide diversity of people. Basic interview questions. You also have to do a practice project which was pretty simple
The first part was a 30 minute interview with a recruiter, and in the second interview I talked with the vice president from London office. Everyone was really polite, but there was lack of organization.
