Interview
The entire process was behavioral. It seemed as if they trust your technical expertise based on your resume and educational background (campus hire), so they’re essentially trying to gauge whether or not your personality and soft skills would fit at the company.
It started as a first round interview with two Sr. Consultants, a second round with a Management level consultant, and the third and final round was a Partner interview. In my opinion, they got easier and more conversational as I progressed and I’ve been informed that the offer is essentially yours to lose if you make it as a far as the Partner interview. Overall, it was a great and easy experience.
1R technical presentation + 1R behavioral
2R traditional casing interview + 2R behavioral
They give you a prompt for technical presentation prep a week before the interview. For 2R it's a traditional casing interview that gives you a case on the spot. 1R behavioral was with a director, 2R was with a partner at the firm.
They were very professional and prompt, easy to coordinate and clear questions. The process made sense and I got plenty of time to ask questions of my own. I interviewed with two different people.
3 rounds, took a long time for turnaround, felt like a good use of time in each round. Content is practice specific, except for maybe first round which was more behavioral.
