Interview
Contacted by the recruiter, then they proceeded to reschedule call after the call had been missed several times. I was then ghosted on final call attempt, only to be contacted again like that didn't even happen. After being contacted by HR, they were very scattered and inattentive to my resume. Proceeded with management level interviews which went well. One interviewer showed up eating snacks and didn't have any questions but was informed while the other was very casual. HR then proceeded to call to say interview went well and expect to hear back within the next 2-3 days. I have not heard back and have no further interest in a company/ HR team that shows no respect for people.

Interview
HR interview then two additional interviews. Very basic questions so just know your background and you should receive an offer. The NY office is in shambles and you will be micro managed so be aware
A manager reached out and had gone through my resume already. Asked me some questions relevant to the role and gave more insight into what the role would involve. There was no follow-up after that so I reached out and they said they were moving things around including that role.
There is a behavioral interview then take home case then a final behavioral interview. The behavioral questions ask about your consulting skills and project background to understand who you are as a a person.
