I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Guidehouse (Washington, DC) in Sept 2018
Interview
The process started with a recruiter contacting me to see if I was interested in working for Guidehouse. Then I did a technical interview with an experienced associate. I was contacted within 2 days to move forward with a super interview day that consisted of 3 interviews. I met with two managers and a director. After about 3 more days, did a phone interview with a managing director. I was contacted 2 weeks later with an offer. The entire experience was very relaxed. they all want to see if you know what you're doing, and if you would be a good fit within the Firm.

Initially contacted by a manager and asked if I was interested in the position. I applied by referral, and a very friendly and helpful internal recruiter guided me every step of the way. My interviews consisted of a phone interview with the manager and then the recruiter, and then an in person panel interview with some managers and directors in the sector I was applying for. The final interview was an informal call with a partner. Overall positive and standard as far as interviews go.
