Guidehouse Geospatial Analyst interview questions

It was very quick as I interviewed with this company before and it seemed like it went pretty well. However, they repeatedly gave false promises of an update (including supposedly talking to a hiring manager) and despite politely following up I went weeks without hearing from them. I ended up withdrawing from the job because I'm not playing these games. Why are recruiters allowed to ghost candidates so much and expect not to be called out for it? Do better.
