      Sales Development Representative Interview

      7 May 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      San Francisco, CA
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Guidebook (San Francisco, CA)

      Interview

Applied online, first round was a phone screening with a recruiter. Next step was a phone interview with a member of the sales team. Next round was a Google hangout interview with two members of the team. A lot about background and how your experience pertains to the role. Questions were very situation based but not unexpected. Included a written portion on how you would reach out to a potential customer and a sample of your writing. The recruiter communicated well throughout the whole process.

      Sales Development Representative Interview

      11 Feb 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Palo Alto, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Guidebook (Palo Alto, CA) in Jan 2016

      Interview

The interview process started with a call from someone in HR to learn a little more about my resume. They were very kind and provided great detail about the job as well as the company culture. I was pushed on to the next step which was a phone interview with the Director of Sales Development. After the phone interviews there are usually two in person interviews conducted with multiple members of the team and the CEO. Everyone I interviewed with was extremely personable and helpful. All seemed like awesome people to work with.
