Initial phone screen with the recruiter, who was very clued up on the role. Moved on to an interview with the hiring manager, then one with the hiring manager and CTO then final interview with Director of Eng and Senior Engineer.
The recruiter was fantastic throughout, keeping me up to date etc. Interviews had a conversational approach, rather than “tell me about a time when” but we still covered previous work I’d done, how I would approach work they had in the pipeline and what my general approach to the PM role is.
