Scheduled interview timing was 3:00 PM and I reached there on time, but they took 40minutes to come. Totally hilarious they asked me to respect organization time but what about candidate time. Give respect to candidate time as well. Make sure when you are going for an interview with guest houser you have plenty of time to spend there.
