Guelph Soccer interview questions

I had 2 Interviews: A phone interview and a Zoom Interview. Thereafter, I was asked for 3 references from people I worked with at my previous place of employment. I was strung along for more than 2 weeks after the references had been submitted and had to follow up and with 2 emails, the first I was told they would keep me updated and the second I was told that they had selected another candidate in response to if the position had been filled in my email. This makes for a terrible candidate experience asking for so much time and effort put in, yet not giving feedback until I had to follow up by emails as a candidate twice. It tells me a lot about the management of the organization, and I would not recommend candidates apply to this organization.
