The interview process was pretty simple, however the work environment was at times hostile. There were few days off. When a family or personal illness came up you were punished for having to miss work.

Interview
Filled out tax papers. Took tests about elderly abuse, fire safety, and elderly care. Went over what days I could work and what hours are best. Discussed how far I was willing to travel. Talked about paid mileage and incentive program. You take a drug test and get your first tb test. Wait 2 days and have it checked then 2 weeks after that you repeat the test.
