Applied online, 2 months after got the Skype interview. Unfortunately the interview was a kind of bully, at the moment I decided that I would not work for this guy. Very unprofessional, waste of an hour of my life, which I can never get back. I wish I would not have got to interview. Very unpleasant experience, I tend to avoid them in future.
