Initially, I had a phone interview which for about 30 mins. The interview was pretty easy and I was asked questions regarding the skills I have gained from university and the projects I have worked on. After that I have been shortlisted for an assessment center in the company's offices in Riyadh. The assessment center was planned as a fully day at work. They handed us a sheet with tasks to complete on time from 11-17. The tasks where both individual and group and they assessed based on some skills such as business acumen, drive for results, learning agility, presentation skills and peer relationship.
