Had an initial phone interview which I thought went really well, then was contacted a few days later to arrange an in person interview for the following day. I missed the call at the time but called back within 20 minutes, left a voicemail and sent a follow up text advising I was not available at the time advised however offered a number of alternatives. Followed up the next day, a few days after that and then 2 weeks later but heard nothing. Essentially got ghosted by their recruitment team.
