All interviewers were extremely professional and welcoming in phone, video, and email communications. I met with the recruitment team via Zoom twice, first to speak with a current team leader and the recruiter, then with those two members, the Special Education Director, and a Social Studies Curriculum director. They asked me questions about educational philosophy and experience with behavior management approaches and experience with Special Education processes. They gave me time to ask any questions I had about their school and day-to-day proceedings, and they were appreciative of my thoughtful inquiries.
Interview process was exhausting having to teach a demo and then going to an interview afterwards. They also don't call you back to let you know you did not get the job.
My initial contact was very pleasant. The lady was very kind and informative. The interview was amazing because they were the first school where the interview wasn't just about them, they genuinely wanted to know about me to see if it would be a mutual good match. Super friendly/family environment!
