I was contacted via LinkedIn by a recruiter from the company. We communicated back and forth via LinkedIn messaging for about a day, then we had a very pleasant conversation by phone. I then was put in contact with the hiring manager for the position - everyone was very accommodating about the times I was free and was able to talk to me at different weird times outside of normal business hours. I then spoke with the COO by phone, where we had a very nice conversation with typical interview questions about experience and how I handled previous situations or would handle scenarios if I was in the position. I had a face to face interview scheduled a few weeks in the future - and from there, the process was lightning quick. I had an offer a few hours after the face to face interview and started less than 2 weeks later. It was a really seamless, well run process!
