Stay away. They will try to lure you by saying unnecessary thing like it's an European company ..You will not have to work on weekends etc.... The interview process is very basic. There is a manager for hiring purpose I don't know why but talks more like a HR. He talks more about culture and etiquette which he himself lacks.
