Broken down into three stages. Firstly an quick 10 minute interview over zoom with another candidate there with you you both take turns to answer questions quickly about yourself no time for questions back to the employer. For the second interview there the interviewer breaks down what the goals of the company are for around 30 minutes then you are given a questionnaire based on this interview to see if you paid attention basically; afterwards if you are selected for the final interview you are to state what makes you better than another employee for the job as spaces are apparently highly competitive. but due to apparent time constraints there is never time for questions in further detail about the job.
