First step was a 45 minute video call with the hiring manager to establish whether there was mutual interest. Second step was a 60 minute tech screen. Third step was a "virtual onsite" which lasted 5.5 hours: five 45 minute sessions with 1 or 2 Groq employees, a 30 minute break, and a final 30 minute round with the hiring manager.
The recruiter provided a lot of flexibility on scheduling, and every step of the way there was clear communication on what I should expect and what Groq is looking for in candidates.
Everyone I spoke with was friendly, respectful, and wanted to make sure all of my questions were answered. Some of the interviewers provided their contact information should I have any questions later on.
