I applied through my college campus career portal and then I emailed my resume to the recruiting email at Grokker. I heard back shortly from the hiring manager about setting up a phone call. The call went well and I reached out to the recruiter and the hiring manager after a week, getting a response from the hiring manager that he was still interviewing candidates and would be in touch. Never heard back after that. The interview process was very unorganized, which makes sense for a startup, but the lack of follow-through was unprofessional.
