Griffin Resources interview questions

I interviewed for a part-time HR consultant position. They wanted to pay $22/hour. I went through three, YES THREE, rounds of impersonal virtual interviews. That is getting off on the wrong foot, but I needed a job, so I did it. Then I received a generic email saying that they went another direction. This is why the cost-cutting approach doesn’t work! 3 virtual interviews? Their recruiter can't bother to get on the phone? then they can't even provide feedback. Maybe they need a different recruiter if she doesn't know who to interview after the 1st virtual. Feel free to call me once you assess your needs.

I interviewed with the CEO of the company to become her executive assistant. It was more of a conversation speaking about goals, what I'm looking for in a career, to see if it would be a good fit.
