I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Greywood Associates (Moy, Northern Ireland)
Interview
Weirdest interview I've ever had. Was welcomed by the owner, brought into a room, who then proceeded to stare at me and I had to say something to break the awkward silence. I was given various forms to fill out and was asked about my cv. The interviewer ripped my cv to pieces (which was strange considering they contacted me due to my 'suitability') and asked general questions to justify how I would do a role which is essentially 'make call, make call, make call, repeat' I.e. A call centre role. I was then given a mental aptitude test and given 10 minutes to complete. After completing this, the first interviewer took it away and out of nowhere, a large framed female entered and proceeded to ask the exact same questions all over again. At this stage I was starting to smell a rat anyway. So after answering the questions, she disappeared and another random person proceeded to ask the same things again! He talked about big commission and how much he earned and seemed to like talking about himself so I let him do that. He disappeared and the first guy came back in. He proceeded to go through the mental aptitude test results and I lost all interest in the company the moment he started explaining each answer as if I was a 10 year old who had made a grave error. From this point, I just started wondering when this would end so I could get home. Before I entered the building I had a bad feeling and thought about not going in, should have went with that first feeling. I was glad to receive a rejection email however I felt the contents of it rather unprofessional.
Extremely long (1 hour and 20 minutes). Repeated same interview 3 times with 3 different people. Asked very personal questions about family. Was told to buy a book and read it for second interview. Was then asked simply did i read the book. no questions on book as I would have expected.
