Interview
1x interview, followed by a financial model case study. Run of the mill process for an investment role. Financial model case study was very similar to those online for REIT roles. Build a model from provided assumptions and generated an unlevered IRR, EM & leveraged IRR. Included both a senior and mezz facility to model out.
