Very shoddy. The business is horribly understaffed due to an excessive turn over. Corner an employee and ask if they would work here again or would recommend the job to a friend. Ask why the station doesn't have a local programming director. Ask who the programming director is and where he or she is located. Ask why the station has very little local staff for radio on air talent and personality?
