Since the beginning of 2025, there has been an IT Service established for Adobe Products (Adobe Creative Cloud,
Adobe Acrobat Pro, etc). This means that, now, there is a fixed contact person (Service Owner) for Adobe Products
within IT, who takes care for this system and its users. Prior to that, IT was contacted only for the assignment of an
Adobe license, but did not provide any other type of support.

The Sustainability department within Greiner would like to create its 1st eLearning course. The department would
like to develop the eLearning in Articulate by themselves but need support for it. (Greiner uses Articulate as
eLearning creation tool.)
