I applied online. I interviewed at Gregory Pest Solutions (Columbia, SC) in Jan 2026
Interview
It’s a bit of a mess on the corporate end. The interview was scheduled and the interviewer never showed up or responded to emails. The recruiter didn’t pick up phone calls but finally answered via email stating they would reschedule an interview and then never got back to me.

Interview
Always desperate for a warm body. Did not tell me correctly on pay amount, how I would be paid and the obseen number of hours it required to do the job. promised 45k got 32k. was told salary plus commission. was a draw against commission. these are 2 very different pay plans. i was told 10 hrs weekdays with 1 weekend a month. it took 12 plus hours perday pluss 3 weekends per month to do the job.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Since you know how to run a coffee route, there is no need for me to ask questions. When can you start?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Gregory Pest Solutions (Charlotte, NC) in Feb 2016
Interview
i should have ran. He was trying to sale me on the job, it turned out they just need bodies as people quit all the time. Pay, benefits and job discription in the interview did not match the job. Interviewer told me that it was salary plus commission and at that all the numbers worked for the 45k he promised. Said there was paid vacation, great benefits and growth options. It was a draw against commission, poor benfits 32k a year, no reasonable expectations of growth. He told me all I had to do was get the route done, he said nothing about the 5 esrs you would get every day and that the route covered 100 by 100 square miles.
