- Interview felt rushed, interviewers did not seem as though they wanted to be there.
- Asked unrelated questions to the job description e.g SQL when Excel is used in the organisation.
- Lack of communication when requesting if a decision was made with no feedback provided,
- Difficult interview for a band 3 apprentice role - had easier band 6/7 interviews.

Friendly and inquisitive intervie in nature. Fair interview, as long as you prepare in advance as you would with any interviw. Competitive salary offerred. Good idea to have any questions you want to ask prepared in advance also.
