2 online math / logic tests and 1 personality test and a Skype interview, laid back, easy questions, no trickery. I answered a SQL question incorrect. Included personality questions, former work experience, technical questrions, and a description of what I wanted to do in 5 years. Was conference style and we never did a physical interview.
Thank you for your feedback. Although it is an interview, we do our best to make our candidates feel comfortable while on site so that they can provide their best answers. For our technical roles, we do utilize coding challenges to gauge a candidate's technical knowledge.
