The first interview was conducted with the HR department and lasted approximately 45 minutes. The HR representative was friendly and transparent, openly discussing work-related topics and job requirements and discussion of personal goals and background.
The next round was with the Manager and lasted for about one hour. This interview focused on personal interests related to the field, technical knowledge, and individual as well as company objectives.Additionally there was a personality test before the interview for better understanding. The discussion was more in-depth, aiming to assess professional aspirations and alignment with the company’s goals.3rd round was in the office to meet with the team and last alignments.
