Interview
It was fairly simple. Asked for my resume and my work experience. I went into the office and sat down with the manager. He was professional and explained things fairly well. The overall experience was positive

Question 1
Why do you believe that customer service is important?
They took over my company so my interview was basically a job offer and a lie. They offer us all a “raise” but changed our pay structure while telling us it “would be better” Well first week my original pay structure would have paid me more then theirs. Their onboarding is also not taking our pay structure into account at all in any of the documents they give us and some of us had to ask for corrected documentation after being asked to sign a document that was only going to pay us a low hourly rate.

Interview
It was pretty easy, the branch manager doing the interview was hiring a group of people for the branch just before the busy season. He was great to talk to and made the information clear. Back then I was hired under the piece rate pay system and the biggest thing was that we could work hard and still get home early to spend time with family.
