It was an interesting process. Very step-by-step. I took a half-day off work to accommodate the various stakeholder interviews. I thought the process was lengthy to not receive an offer at the end. I had received the employee handbook prior to the weekend and then was denied an offer late the week following. I suspect I may have been pick two, as I don't see why else they would have sent me the handbook unless I was a finalist.
