Very straight interview process if you're not a good match they will tell you right away. I applied online, got a reply after 3 days saying that the manager of the operations team was looking at my resume and they will get back to me as soon as possible. unfortunately they decided to not move on with my application and continue to pursue other candidates.

Interview
I received a technical test that had to be done within a week. Questions referred to basic javascript, however they brought up some interesting cases.
I spent some time on a test and studying the company itself and scored 90% at the skills testing, however never got an offer because company decided to go for a candidate with more experience.
I find it a bit strange, because if they felt like I do not have enough experience to work for them - why did I still was involved in the recruitment process and had to do a test?
