Green Ocean Sciences interview questions

The interview was for a position with Ionization Labs. -Submit Application -Complete behavioral questionnaire -45 min call with team -1 hour on-site interview with team and founders -The morning after the on-site interview, received requested information before completing offer. This included 3 references, college transcripts, and proof of awards I had won at previous companies. -I sent an email 24 hours later to make sure everything was received as expected. Confirmation was received along with a note that someone would reach out within a few days. -After 4 days with no feedback, a follow up email was sent asking for updates. -An email was sent the next day asking for my salary requirements. My initial response was sent within the day. -Confirmation of base salary expectations was received the next day. -After 3 additional days, an email was sent to Ionization Labs asking for updates. -A response was received the following day saying a candidate would be flying in to interview that week. An update was expected within the next couple of days. -After 2 days, an email was sent saying an offer would be extended within a few days. -6 days later, a follow up email was sent asking for an update on the offer. -A response is received saying the offer will be sent within the next couple of days. -Official offer is received 24 hours later -My response with discussion points is sent the following morning. -An email is received later that day from Ionization Labs stating the discussion points are being reviewed. -4 days later, an email is sent stating the company is going another direction with the position and the offer is no longer being extended. Summary: -3 calendar days from invitation for a call to having call (included a weekend). -1 day turnaround from call to on-site interview -1 day to receive additional requests prior to extending offer -12 calendar days from submitting requested information until receipt of intent to extend offer -7 additional calendar days to receive official offer -4 calendar days from my response in regards to the offer until Ionization Labs notifies me of offer being rescinded. For reference, no monetary negotiation occurred in my response with talking points.
