Greater Western Water interview questions

My interview experience with GWW was very professional, structured, and engaging. It was conducted via Microsoft Teams with a friendly panel who made me feel comfortable while still being thorough in assessing my experience. The questions focused mostly on process improvement, identifying what I could have done better in previous situations and how I approach improving systems or workflows. The process was well-organized, and communication was clear from scheduling to follow-up.
