Great Salt Lake Council interview questions

I got a call over the phone and I was asked to talk about what qualified me for the job, what my interests were, and other pertinent things. It was all very informal and easy. I was contacted for a phone interview because I lived in another state, but it's worth mentioning that people who lived within a certain distance of Salt Lake City were able to come in for a face-to-face interview, which personally I think I would've found harder than the interview I had via phone.
