Interview
It was really short, manager basically talked at me, filled out application, turned it in, was interviewed, and got the job in the same day. Very easy process, not many questions asked. They made me come in the next day to "try out" working to see if I liked it, which really meant working for 7 hours for free, after which I got the job.
It was like a friendly sit down with questions getting to know my background. Started with me texting the owner and then set up an in person meeting. About 15 minutes.

Interview
Very nice and personable one of the most pleasant interviews I have ever had. I'm always early, so I can look around and get a vibe on the place and the people. Very busy shopping center .

Interview
Short and fast they asked maybe two questions about your availability and experience. They don’t ask you to describe yourself or anything. It was kind of pointless and they didn’t seem prepared at all and barely had anyone there.
