Applied early June and didn’t get an email for a interview until the end of the month. The interview lasted one hour with three people in a conference room. They didn’t ask any “tell me about yourself” questions and simply got right into the behavior and background. Then, the technical guy started grilling me on things that weren’t on my resume. The job posting said 0-5 years so that should’ve been my cue it wasn’t necessarily a entry level position. I emailed the recruiter twice and it took over a month to finally let me know they decided to go with someone internally. Their process is too slow.
