Interview questions [1]
Question 1
what is the difference between agile and waterfall?
Everyone was friendly and helpful during the interview process but the more that I explored the set up for the first two years, the more I turned away from the position. The interviewers were engaging and helped coach you through the process so I think the interview itself was helpful for gaining more practice as they were very willing to give feedback.

They asked me to discuss a successful innovation and to include relevant data in my presentation.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Grayce (London, England) in Apr 2025
Interview
2 interviews plus a screening call.
1st interview competency based questions, second more behavioural plus 15 min presentation.
HR not great with responsiveness, leave you a message saying theyd like to book you for an interview, however if you miss this clal it can be incredibly difficult to get hold of them again.
Feedback from the 1st interview was good, however second interview, no questions asked about presentation plus no feedback so it makes it difficult to see what the point of doing it was.
