I applied online through the website. The whole process took less than 3 weeks. I interviewed at Grayce in September 2020.
I had an initial phone interview and received feedback the next day.
I got scheduled to have a face to face interview with a Delivery Manager with less than 24 hours notice. I had to prepare a presentation and an excel assessment , along with the actual interview which was competency based, which was a lot of pressure.
I then received feedback the next day, and got scheduled to have a final interview 4 days later with another Delivery Manager to make sure I was the right fit for the company and to align my values and competencies to the company as well as a client. This seems to be a new additional stage due to COVID.
I received feedback two days later, and I was successful and received a formal offer rather than a conditional one, which meant that the business would 100% committed to me, rather than being dependent on me finding a client and only then getting paid.
The overall process was very intense, and quick. However, the recruitment team as well as the Delivery Managers I interviewed with, were lovely and so friendly which made the process easier. Especially Sarah Cockerill, she went out of her way to improve my offer including the salary and fast tracked the program, and she aligned me to a client before I had even signed the contract.
There are also excellent opportunities for training and development.
