Gravyty interview questions

First round was a 10-min initial screening with HR, second round was a behavioral interview with the hiring manager. They asked me about how I would handle various situations while being the only worker on duty at the moment, an overload of service tickets, etc.

Hr emailed me to schedule a google meets, then had me on for a 2 minute video call where she mentioned this was not an interview. Screening process seems unethical.
