The interview process was thoughtful, structured, and very conversational. It began with an introductory call to discuss my background and Gratia’s mission. I was then asked to prepare a short presentation about a growth or revenue project I had led previously. This was followed by a deep-dive discussion with the hiring manager on scaling revenue systems, and finally a strategic conversation with the CEO about the company’s vision and leadership expectations. The process was efficient, transparent, and focused on real-world experience.
