Group interview with floor manager(s) and business owner. Friendly, down-to-earth, but high energy people, as per the environment. Took place in the lobby where clients typically sit. There's just a lobby and a few offices (somewhat converted into dog rooms). Interviews were typically young people, looked like fresh out of high school, to early college.
