I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Grata (New York, NY) in Nov 2024
Interview
The interview process at Grata was respectful and interview rounds were meaningful. Each round was with a different stakeholder, or a group of stakeholders, so that it seemed Grata was making a conscious effort in choosing their new hires and envisioning how that person would be to work with.
Each interview round was remote, until the last round which was in person. Although this wasn't a senior role, the CEO was present during the interview which showed a keen interest at the executive level as to the people being hired, reflecting a desire to build a great culture and collaborative environment.

Well-organized process, with clear communication. I knew what to expect every step of the way. Team made sure that I had the support I needed throughout the interview. Folks were kind enough to provide their contact info in case I needed further clarity.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Grata (New York, NY) in Feb 2023
Interview
The process was pretty easy. It doesn't seem like they're interviewing for seniors but rather someone that can just do work. You go through the first intro call and then second round is with an engineer or engineer manager using a coding platform with 3-5 questions of easy level. Then comes the offer.
